I think this is a great idea.
There's also something wrong, we need more serious roleplay on the outlands server, we're always driving, shooting and arguing. We need to be back at the base more often chilling about and talking, but this never seems to happen.

Exactly Takam. There should be NO combine at all in the outlands server, unless, it is part of an event. Its rebel/refugee RP in the outlands server, not Combine VS. Rebels.

I hope something gets done with this, because it irritates me, that the rebels and Combine players, MOSTLY, always are fighting, or some stupid heli comes assaulting.

The CP's and Combines, belong in the City, meaning, the 1st/real Server.
Rebels, them both.

Also, i understand that the rebels want the outlands as their turf, but then, really, stop being so offence-minded in the City, you can do that outlands.
Because, i want far less Shoot To Miss battles, because, it is really a shitting rule, whats the point in shooting, for not hitting, when the people you shoot at, doesn't RP just ONE SINGLE hit..

Shoot to miss is a really stupid rule as usually the player is either:
Scared of defeat
Scared of losing his/her weapon(s)
Too lazy to run back to the location they were that

I was once fighting an OW (Who I will not name) and I got told to shoot to miss at 5 meters, no matter what, at that close you would not miss unless you were a really REALLY shitty shooter.

Basically P3l3f made all the points I was going to make, so I fully agree with what he's put down.

Although there is a good reason to argue over shooting-to-miss, this is not the correct place to do so. Perhaps someone should start up a shooting-to-miss thread so we can debate over this elsewhere.
