ICR will be down for a while, due to technical issues. Commy currently has to fix the server's databases and etc. I don't know how long it'll take, though... Serious changes - Admin Rcting

It took me a while to think about doing this.

Not RIGHT NOW will ICR be changeing, But in the near future.

I will be starting work on a custom map again, If anyone wants to help in anyway Lua,skinning or mapping please ask.

Our 2nd server will be becoming the outlands server...

You may think "wtf" it is too small, BUT! Outlands would not have many people all in the same place *sigh* apart from whiteforst.

Seeing as most of you just flag cp the whole time... I am adding a new rule.
There can only be 1 cp for every 2 citizens, Breaking this rule will result in that character being removed.

1 citizen = 0 cps
2 citizens = 1cp
3 citizen = 1cp
4 citizens = 2cps

Now follow it!
